My first time ever seeing the Supra. I’m impressed. The design for some reason isn’t terribly photogenic IMHO but dang if it doesn’t look amazing in person. It’s also significantly smaller than I thought. Pleasant surprise.

Highlander dwarfs the Supra. Put a small on my face on my morning commute to see a Supra.

It looks tiny between that Sequoia and Highlander.

Also, can confirm, it looks much better in person.

Yeah, now I am as well. I didn’t get to look at it for a long time because I was already late for work so I just had to kinda snap some pics, look at it just long enough to take it in and then leave

Last week I happened to see both a new Z4 and Supra on the same day, out on the road, being driven, and both were black. They both looked a good bit better than the pictures, because they have a sense of visual width that really doesn’t come through in photos.

I think for both cars, they are nice and low and wide, but they aren’t very long, have short wheelbases for their length, and have long, flat hoods and odd front styling. All of which conspires to make them look stubby in photos.

Aw man, you got C8? Our town has  to make do with C6 (Chromium- 6 or hexavalent chromium). There was an oppo post yesterday about reverse osmosis water filters where this came up.
